You may register for an FCPTI course of instruction as described below.

You may register for an FCPTI course online by clicking on the Register Online button on our Course Schedule next to the desired course.

Register by FAX or EMAIL
|
You may register for an FCPTI course by faxing or emailing a completed FCPTI Course Registration Form to the FCPTI Registrar at:

You will receive written confirmation of your request for course registration.
You may use the Course Registration Form found in our brochures or download one below.

Payments
|
FCPTI must receive payment prior to the start date of the course, unless prior arrangements have been made. Tuition payments can be made by check, money order, journal transfer, or purchase order. NO CASH or CREDIT CARDS will be accepted.
